Terms of ordering
These terms are a plain-language starting point for DesiSmash by Chef Hass. Read them and change anything that does not match how you run the business.
How an order works
- You send your order on WhatsApp. It is only confirmed when Chef Hass replies to confirm it.
- We cook Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Slots shown are collection or delivery windows, not exact times.
- You pay on collection or on delivery. Prices include everything shown on the order page.
Delivery
- We deliver within 3 miles of our kitchen. The fee depends on the distance and is shown before you send your order.
- Distances are estimates. If your address turns out to be further, we will tell you before confirming.
Changes and cancellations
- Tell us as soon as possible on WhatsApp if you need to change or cancel. Food is cooked fresh to order, so we may not be able to change an order once cooking has started.
- If something is wrong with your order, tell us the same day and we will put it right.
Allergies
Our food is prepared on shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from an allergen. Always tell us about allergies in your order notes.
