What is a smash burger?
A smash burger is made by pressing a ball of mince flat onto a very hot griddle so it cooks into a thin patty with a crisp, lacy, browned crust. Read our full guide: what is a smash burger?
Are your burgers beef or chicken?
Both. Every burger comes with a choice of beef or chicken patties, in Original or Desi spiced, at the same price.
When are you open?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 to 10:30 pm. Last orders 10:00 pm. We prep on Thursday, so we do not take orders on other days.
What is the difference between Original and Desi?
Original is a classic American-style smash with salt and pepper. Desi patties are mixed with green chilli, coriander, ginger-garlic and house-roasted spices. Both come in beef or chicken at the same price.
How do I pay?
You pay on collection or delivery. Your order is confirmed when Chef Hass replies on WhatsApp.

Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. The Paneer Tikka Melt is vegetarian. Choose "Vegetarian" in the menu filter. It is cooked on the same griddle as the meat burgers, so tell us if you need it kept separate.
