DesiSmash is a small, chef-led kitchen in Leicester run by Chef Hass, who has spent 25 years cooking with spice. Every burger is a double smash on a butter-toasted brioche bun, apart from The Triple Threat, which has three 2.5 oz patties. Every order is smashed fresh on a very hot griddle, so the crust is crisp when it reaches you.
We are a pre-order kitchen rather than a sit-down restaurant. You choose your food and a time slot online, we confirm your order on WhatsApp, and you either collect or have it delivered.
When we are open
- Friday: 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm (last orders 10:00 pm)
- Saturday: 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm (last orders 10:00 pm)
- Sunday: 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm (last orders 10:00 pm)
We prep sauces and spice blends on Thursday so everything is fresh for the weekend. We do not take orders on other days.
Collection and delivery
Collection is always free. When you order, pick a collection slot and we confirm the details when we reply on WhatsApp.
Delivery is available within 3 miles of our kitchen and is priced by distance, with the closest addresses paying the least. - Wait for our reply. Your order is confirmed when Chef Hass replies on WhatsApp. You pay on collection or delivery.
